Product Returns

  • For merchandise defect caused by manufacturing, we accept return/ refund/ exchange within 14 days after delivery.
  • If you received defective merchandise, please email directly at corporate@borneopearls.com within twenty four (24) hours. Please include the order number, email address, and problem in all correspondence and a picture of damaged or faulty merchandise as proof.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within 7 days, however it may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times. If you are entitled to a return or refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • The returned merchandise must be in it’s original packaging, must not have been worn, used or altered in any possible way. If the returned merchandise is used, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the defect is caused during manufacture.
  • Borneo Pearls will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable or lost packaged item(s)
  • Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Alternatively, customer can return/exchange the defective merchandise to the nearest Borneo Pearls outlet along with the original receipt within 14 days of the official receipt date.
